Get Connected

Within two weeks of signing your contract, the design process begins. You’ll meet with a MileStone design consultant to review available selections and discuss the options for your new home. This is where your home starts to take shape. You’ll explore finishes and features that bring your style into the spaces you’ll use every day.

Know Your Options

At the design center, you’ll be presented with included features and available upgrades for items such as countertops, tile, backsplash, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and more. Your design consultant will help you understand your choices, compare options, and select the details that best fit your home, your budget, and your lifestyle.

Here We Go

Once your selections are complete, your home can move forward with the details you selected. You’ll confirm your choices with the construction team, and MileStone will continue to guide you through the process. From contract to construction, every step brings you closer to a home designed around you.
